- Robert Zawłocki was born on 1971 in Barlinek (Poland).
- 1990-1995: legal studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
- 1995-1997: Prosecutor’s legal apprenticeship at the Prosecutor’s Office in Poznan, accoplished by the exam.
- 2000: PhD degree in law.
- 2008: habilitation in law.
- 2008-2016: Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
- 2009-2016: Professor at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
- 2010-2016: Head of Department of Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
- since 2012 – Individual law firm in Poznan (specializing in handling issues related to economic crimes for listed companies).
- 2012-2016: Member of the Criminal Law Codification Commission at the Ministry of Justice.
- 2015: Degree of professor of legal sciences (more than 200 scientific publications, mainly in the field of criminal business law).
- since 2000 – Expert in criminal business law cooperating with public institutions (eg. The Polish Parliament, the Ministry of Justice, CBA) and private (including listed companies).
